The below is the Terms Of Service you agree to when you commission me. This is in effect 9/5/2013.
You must have copyright of the character you want drawn, no exceptions. If you do not have it, you must have whoever does note me. I will not draw someones character without consent from the owner.
Artwork of mine shall not under any circumstances be uploaded anywhere without my approval. If artwork is posted on any site, public or private, it is in violation of these Terms Of service, and legal action will be taken. Most of the time, I will give permission to personal galleries if asked.
If my work is posted on a gallery other than my own, it must have a link back to my user page. My watermark must also be clearly visible.
The art may not be altered in any way unless by myself. No exceptions. If it is a minor change, I may do it for free, or give permission for you to do it yourself. Do not assume it is alright to do this without consulting me. It may be your art, but it is also representing me and my work.
Payment will be made through paypal. Payment will be in full if a sketch, and will be paid half to me before initial sketch, and half after initial sketch is complete otherwise.
You will be notified when the initial sketch is completed, and asked for permission to continue. After this, another update if necessary will be given when the piece is complete. (Depending on how complex the piece is.) If you do not respond to this, I will not continue work until you do.
All work will be done within two business weeks (14 days) of initial sketch approval date. Initial sketches will be done within one week of payment. If you have waited longer than this for a piece, please contact me to work something out. Refunds will not be issued for longer than usual waits except in extreme circumstances.
If you are unhappy with the work I provide, a refund will be issued. However, I will not give a full refund, as I have already worked on your character. If a refund is issued, you no longer have rights to post said piece, and doing so will bring about legal action. Refunds will be discussed between the commissioner and myself.
Major changes to a piece will be grounds for extra payment. This will be discussed with you before it happens.
I have the right to name the piece/file any name I wish. You may change these without permission.
My work strictyly adheres to Furaffinity.net AUP. Do not ask for anything that would violate this.
Failure to adhere to these Terms Of Service will be grounds for you to be blacklisted in the future, as well as a revoke of your rights to the image. This means by agreeing, you promise not to break these rules. If you do, you will not be able to commission me again, you will not be allowed to post my work even with previous permission, and I will block communication with you to prevent unwanted contact.
